Terms of Service

• **Service:** Localization of client‑provided SDS content and CLP label text into Swedish; optional artwork updates to print‑ready format.

• **Scope:** Based on the client’s existing hazard classification. Regulatory re‑classification and PCN/UFI submissions are outside scope unless quoted separately.

• **Delivery:** 72‑hour turnaround from completed intake and file receipt (business days, CET).

• **Pricing:** Pilot Pack – €699 for 2 SKUs. Add‑ons available. Prices exclude VAT.

• **Taxes:** Sweden B2B: 25% moms; EU B2B (non‑SE): reverse charge with valid VAT ID; non‑EU: typically no VAT.

• **Refunds:** If we miss the 72‑hour deadline, you may choose a full refund. Otherwise fees are non‑refundable.

• **Confidentiality:** NDA available on request. We keep all client materials confidential.

• **Liability:** Capped at the amount paid for the specific order.
